Agile practices are core to what we do, so you can expect Kanban boards, regular check-ups with the team, kick-offs, and retros with the client that may also take place on the client premises. For that reason, the projects usually last 6 – 24 months as opposed to going in for short stints. We see our strength is challenging the client and not only providing the solution but also improving the ways of working. Your team will usually consist of developers, designers, sometimes coaches, business analysts, growth hackers, etc., building solutions for international clients. ![]() This way, you never stop learning new tech, industry insights, client management skills, and project management techniques.
